				| 2.3 should get about 200k each year until you get around the 3 million mark. 200k is not a lot to ask for as you have a year of exp and the school will not have to help you as much as a newbie! |

Anything you want but the key word in your message is "different". You can ask for as much as you want but it s the school who will decide to hire. If you stayed at the same school you would very likely get 100,000 or more as a raise, but when you go to another school you will usually start at the beginning wage again.

I think a school who sees you have a year under the belt will probably pay another 100,000 small possibility of 200,000.

Good Luck |

My hagwon last year offered a jump from the 2.0 I was making to 2.4 if I stayed. I had made a good impression on them. So, gauge yourself... how well are you really doing? 100,000 is a minimum. 200,000-300,000 is reasonable. 400,000+ means you'll really have to sell yourself!

If it isn't a chain you might have better luck. |

Start high, 2.5 - 2.6? And give them enough room to haggle some before you meet in the middle at 2.3 or 2.4.

Zippy wants a 15% raise but I haven't heard lately how his negotiations are going. |

				| Usual yearly pay increase is 100,000 per year, but good luck and no harm in trying... |
