Hello everyone. I lost my wallet (and ARC card) last night. I'm going to Hong Kong on Friday and I'm wondering if I need my ARC card to leave/return to Korea. Is my passport enough?

IF you have your re-entry permit then you won't need it to leave but may get asked for it when you return.

If you don't have your re-entry permit then you WILL need it to get one.

It only takes 15 minutes (and 10k won) to get a replacement at the local immigration office - save yourself the grief and get a replacement at your earliest convenience.
