I'm going to Jeju on Friday. Any "must see" places that you know about?
Also, anybody stay in any good minboks, love hotels, etc. I just need a place to sleep...not a fancy place.
Thanks |

Don't everyone reply at once!
Also, it really necessary to get a car when on Jeju? Is there no public transportation? |

I think a car is your best option, no doubt about it. However, I went the week before the summer vacation period and I was struggling to find an available motor. I was in Seogwipo though. So book a car in advance if possible.
I'm sure there are buses on the island, although they're not as convenient as having your own wheels. I'm sure it will be very busy this weekend as well...
Also, just do a simple search of this message board and you'll find lots of information on accommodation and stuff. Have fun! |

Check out Yeha Guesthousee, www.yehaguesthouse.com
This couple just opened a new guesthouse, I stayed at their old one and it was awesome - clean, homey, and EXTREMELY helpful and kind owners who provide all kinds of information about getting around the island. There is lots of public transportation, I found riding the buses was part of the adventure. |

Thanks for the replies. We've booked a car. Three days = 100 bucks...pretty cheap.
I'll check out that guest house for sure!
Thanks again! |
