Ive heard varying opinions on this subject and begining to think its a question of who you know and how they can communicate with immigration...
If you finish before 12 months (8 to be specific) and you havent left the country, you have a letter of release - is it possible to transfer your visa to another employer? |
A visa is completely transferrable at the 9 month mark. Anytime before that is directly porportional to the mood of the immigration officer. At 8 months, you need your immigration officer to be at least in a good mood. 6 months, and your immigration officer must have just got laid, found w100k in the street, and just had a good lunch.
Seriously, at 8 months, technically, you can't do it, but there is a chance they will let you. |
