What is my best option?
I live near Anyang.
Negotiate taxi? Stay in hotel for the night? |

There is a Jimjilbang (sauna) in the airport. You can enjoy the saunas, hot tubs, etc. plus you can sleep there. I think it costs like 10 bucks. It's an interesting experience. Taking a taxi from Incheon to Anyang...not an interesting experience, and it will cost you at least a hundred bucks, I imagine. |

They also have small individual rooms for rent in the jimjilbang. Not many. A bed, sheets. Extra cost, but cheaper than any reasonable alternative. The door and the wall it is in is glass ,but it locks. No monkey business!
I had to quiet some adjoshis who came in late and went around trying the doors and speaking loudly (yelling) to each other, but other than that, pretty good. |

Everytime I have got a flight that came in too late for the airport limosuines, the airline had put on a bus/buses for their staff and passengers (China Air). It probably wont get you to Anyang, but it could get you closer than Incheon and you could get a taxi. Ask the airline if they have this service. |

There are a few limousine buses that leave Incheon Airport around 2am. They leave in time to bring the Toronto flight people into Seoul.
One of the buses is for Yeongdeugpo Station. I would take that and then negotiate a taxi from Yeongdeungpo to Anyang. |
