I don't read any other blogs either.

You are missing out. Whatever you are interested in, I guarantee there is someone who has a lot of knowledge on that subject out there with a blog. I have astronomy, zoology, science, american football strategy, history and a host of 'intelligent' sports blogs on my google reader at all times. They are normally written by either highly knowledgeable laymen or professionals in those industries.

I didn't read it for a long time because I don't really care for the economic/political stuff either - but this was priceless:

My co-teacher didn't respond. She simply stared into distance with those sad black eyes. She looked like that crazy Beepin Indian who used to cry in the television commercials when he saw trash on the side of the road.

A lot of you guys complain about the politics/economics.

Fair enough.

But the number you really want to keep your eyes on is the U6 unemployment figure.

Right now, the U6 stands at 16.8 percent. During the height of the Great Depression, this figure peaked at 25 percent.

You can find the new stats on the fifth of every month.

In order to control inflation, we will soon have to raise interest rates.

The world economy is driven by American consumerism. Americans are broke. This is a house of cards that's just a hair from collapsing all around our ears.

It's frightening but exciting at the same time.

Its tricky what your doing. Build up a decent fan base on your blog with great writing and humours stories that make us all laugh. We become supporters/fans of your blog and you slowly poison us with your political/eco agenda............we're starting to catch on to your mindsweeping asmith

I'm consumed.

Ever since King Henry Paulson held a gun to the head of congress and declared he'd blow up the economy if his rich friends didn't get money, I've had trouble sleeping at night.

We are robbing the poor and middle class to feed the rich their heroin.

And we are in a depression.

Them's just the facts.

I like his blog because I am pretty much the the same-sans the job, wife, kids and new Hyundai SUV. I'm probably even worse for those of you scoring at home. Much worse Aa-kee-hawl wise. Jeez, 2 bottles of Soju? He's a teetotaler. Gotta go, the fire alarm is going off since I've burnt another Chicken dinner.
