Ok, so I'm getting ready for a long trip by foot in China next year and I'm going to get myself in shape. I'm planning of focusing mainly on cardio stuff to improve my general endurance and only really doing some light strength training. Since I live in Busan and all my friends are lazy slobs like me, I was wondering if there are any particular Gyms that you folks would recommend. I've been told that I really should get a trainer since I really don't know what I'm doing and to keep me committed, however I don't know how much communication is needed for them to be effective and so that is the main concern I have about where to go.
So, if you folks could let me know a name of a place you personally recommend in Busan with good trainers Please let me know the name and location. Thanks. |

Pass up on the trainer. They are pretty garbage overall and not worth the coin IMO. And not just here in Korea but back west. Here are some decent sites to get you started.
bodybuilding.com
t-mag.com
heavyweights.net/forums
How many times can you hit the gym a week? |
