Can anyone give me the run down of cell phone providers. I've heard that some of them require large deposits. Which provider is the most foreigner friendly? Which one has no, or the smallest required deposit? Is there any sort of pay as you go scheme or are the deals contract all around? Sorry again about the repost, but if I can't search I'm not looking through 900 pages of posts looking for the one that I want.
Cheers.
