I was wondering if flights are ever sent to you in your country of origin BEFORE you come to Korea rather than buying tickets in advance and being reimbursed.
How is it done usually with hagwons as opposed to EPIK? I would just like to know what is most common. |

With EPIK it's always reimbursement (as far as I know), with hagwons it's often paid for in advance because they like to know they're getting the best deal on a flight that they can. In general I'm somewhat mistrusting of a hagwon that offers to reimburse you for your flight rather than pay for one up front. |

I got my flights in advance but I think my recruiter did it to make a few extra pennies. |

Hogwans generally pay for your plane ticket. Public schools make you divvy up. |
