Is there anyone besides me who thinks that calling someone "gay" because of the way they dress is kind of ridiculous?

No?

Okay.

Carry on then.

People do it all the time on this forum when they want to feel better than Korean guys while they sit at home lonely and isolated in Korea on their computers hating their jobs and life there.

The pretty boy thing is hot. G-dragon is not gay, though if he were, he'd be a hot gay man. Hot hot hot. Actually, if he were gay, that'd be kinda hot too. I am going to write him an internet letter:

Dear G-dragon,
You are hot.
Please marry me,
Boxo

Did you see his new MVs? No wait. Please see my post on the Big Bang Coffee Prince parody. You'll love it!

Edit: I see that you did!

Thanks to this thread I somehow ended up listening to K-Pop, a scene I left 8 years ago and have joyfully stayed away from since. Now I'm going to go to school tomorrow and rip all the mp3s off the teacher's comps. Somehow K-pop seems interesting again. What the heck is going on with me. I need a drink and some country music stat.

hahah! Very Happy

It's funny because maybe 1.5 years ago, I started watching the TV a little more, so I was seeing more MV commercials, including the recent Ice Cream and Lollipop ones. Before that, I was into 패밀리가 떴다, and some Big Bang members were on it. Then you have the sexy Lee Hyori and her tantalizing MVs. My students forced me to listen to some music one day, and I definitely didn't like it, however some songs were catchy. Soon after that, I was youtubing MV's with Hangeul/Eng to help me with the language. And I did get into it after a while, but I literally only like a few artists and songs.

Molly, what video is your avatar from? Do you have a link?

I didn't think he could top the pink jumpsuit, but that red, backless jacket may just do it. Shocked

I don't have a link, but it's of him singing live on one of the TV countdown shows on MBS or SBS or something like that. He's singing "Heartbreaker."

Here it is.

I listened to K-pop intentionally for the first time since the Jinusean/Drunken Tiger/Shinhwa days this morning.

I think I've just broken down and given up on the idea of 'quality' music.

If you can't get great music, you should at least get a great performance and say what you will about K-Pop, a lot of those groups can perform.

Yes!

His necklace needs to go in the trash. However, I love the lyrics/dancing to this part:

Naega neol tteonagandaedo
Naneun jeongmal gandago
Jalsanabojago
Jigeutjigeutjigeutae ppigeutppigeutppigeutae
Naesarangui bigeuge

I thought that was his man-purse that he wore around his neck. I also think his huge cocktail rings should go.

Man, some of his outfts would make Castro district drag queens blush.

Yeah, I found the link. Did you notice at the begining of the video, he forces some guy's head uncomfortably close down to his crotch?

Gaydar beeping wildly. . . Laughing
