My co teacher told me today that my principal may want to visit my apartment in the next couple of weeks.
I asked her why and she told me that he only wants to check and see if I'm comfortable in it. Problem is my school doesn't know anything about my girlfriend staying there and I'm afraid that I'll be in trouble if they find out.

What should I do?

Suggest hosting a dinner (housewarming if you're new) party for your co-teachers, and invite the principal. If they are anything like the teachers at my school, it'll never happen. But if it does happen, you'll be able to plan ahead and you should get some nice gifts out of it (in theory!).

I could do that but what do I about all my girlfriend's stuff and he wonder why I have so much woman's clothing in my apartment?

Tell your girlfriend to keep herself busy during the day. Keep her things in a closet or out of site. He'll come in, and look around. You make him some tea or coffee. He'll ask you mundane questions like: Are tehre any problems with the place? What do you do for dinner? Etc..etc...

He leaves and you tell your gf she can come back.

It's going to be difficult to hide her stuff and the fact that we've my older smaller bed stuffed behind the wardrobe. She has just too much stuff to be hiding in a closet.

Q: Is this a double bed situation or two singles in two separate rooms thing?

I have studio apartment and my old bed (it belongs the school) is twin sized.

Ya, I guess I could do that but I'm not sure he'll buy that excuse.

Say no. What does it have to do with any of his business until the last week you are there?
Or ask to see his bedroom.

You are a foreigner. there is no problem or stigma attached with your GF staying / living in your apartment.

Don't sweat it. They are not going to lose a foreign teacher because he has a live-in.

It's part of Principal's duty to inspect all property in school's name. So he has to do it. Saying NO will be MIGHTY SUS.

I don't think he will have any huge problem with your girlfriend storing stuff over there. Just don't let him know that she is actually living there.

I mean, how much stuff does she have. If she has a 20-30% ratio of stuff in the house you can probably get away with "oh she just comes over from time to time"

But if her crap of clothes dwarfs all of your belongings... to say the least he probably doesn't like the idea of a weigookin datin a Korean girl and keeping her over at what is technically his house. He pays the apartment so you can live there, not the girl. It's not wrong or immoral or deceptive of any kind, but generally... I think we all know that Korean men just don't take especially welcoming to weigooks "stealing their women" (in quotes for reasons).

So I mean, just deal with it as maturely as you can. Tell him you have a Korean girlfriend (which probably a complete mystery to him) and she has things there.

I would just hide most of her belongings. Especially bathroom things like hello kitty toothbrushes and the like.

Slippers are a big big tipoff she's living there.

But I think undoubtedly you HAVE to let him into the house. Refusal means you have something to hide. It ain't good, it makes you look really bad. And even worse it makes you look mutinous or ungrateful. I wouldn't ever ever ever refuse to let him into your house. It makes you look bad in so many ways.

You don't have rights, he won't "understand" if you say no.
Imagine if you paid for a persons apartment and said "no I can't let you in". You'd be P to the O.

If you mention you plan to get married at a later date I can't see them making a big deal out of it. I used to work at a teacher training center with a dormitory there were tons on sleepovers and live in partners.
Koreans are no where near as conservative as they would like us to believe just think of all the Las Vegas style love hotels.
