I thought the husband and wife team of Korean shopkeepers in Menace 2 Society was great. A real tour de force performance.
Korean (mumbled) "I feel sorry for your mother."
Odog: "What you say about my mother?" Blam Blam. Dead shopkeeper. |

How about the milf guy from american pie? he's now in the TV show "Flash Forward" as FBI agent Noh.
More of a British movie, but the coolest has got to be Odd Job from Goldfinger. |

How about your favorite Korean moments in movies or tv?
I've got two: Have you seen that Vin Diesel movie where he's a babysitter. He says to the neighbors "죄송합니다" and they say "Shut up we speak English!". It was gold Jerry! Gold!
One of my favorite Seinfeld moments of all time. The story of George's Dad not taking off his shoes is brilliant!

Dude, you've got issues.
Time to go home and out of Korea if this is where you're at. Seriously. |

Well given benji's posting history...I mean he wasn't describing actor's/acting he was describing a scene where a Korean gets blown away for being a jerk. It's like someone saying their favorite screen portrayal of an African-American was the guy who got curb stomped in American History X or the scene where Radio Rahim gets choked to death in Do The Right Thing.
Clearly Harold in Harold & Kumar.
Was Philip Moon (the guy who miturated upon Lebowski's rug) Korean?
Can't think of too many others beyond bit portrayals. |

My posting history? Care to share your thoughts on my posting history? Based on your posting history I could say that you should further your education.
Menace 2 Society is my favorite movie of that genre by far, and it happened to have Koreans in it.Those actors got the Korean shopkeeper down cold.
Actually my favorite Koreans on film, while not a movie or tv show, were the Korean guys shooting semi automatic weapons from the rooftops of their stores during the Rodnry King-LA riots. I literally applauded those guys. |

Well you tend to be on the 'anti-Korea' side of things. BUT...
I have to chuckle at your mention of the LA Riots Korea videos because there is one K-Dude in them who looks like a Korean version of Walter from 'The Big Lebowski'. He's got the glasses, the vest, and the gun. I swear he was running around saying 'Do you see what happens?' and 'You're entering a world of pain'.

At least you're consistent in your stand against barbarism. |
