I just discovered this wonderful beverage.
It's a Korean wine made with green plums. It tastes like the maeshil drink that you usually get after eating juk. I tried it at the weekend on the girlfriend's recommendation and I really liked it. I picked up some bottles from Lotte Mart today for 1,700 a piece and am enjoying it now.
Anyone else a fan? |

I find it a bit sweet, actually goes well with soju though.
I prefer Cheongha, which is not really a style but a brand name of some liquor I can't remember. |

I hate that stuff  I tried it one night and I swore it tasted like someone mixed in too much soap and soju with the plum wine. Very rarely is there a bottle I can't down, but that was one of them. |

| ugh it tastes like cough syrup, i hate that mediciney flavor. i much prefer baekseju, which tastes kinda like peanuts to me. |
