I have read up on the different posts here regarding Avalon and it seems to be a decent place for a newbie to start and get their feet wet. My question is regarding changing the contract. Are big hagwons like Avalon less likely to change a clause and more likely just to move onto the next applicant? Or is it possible to get small changes done?
