I'm assuming you are a Poe (look up Poe's law on wiki if you don't know). If however you are serious, my family kept a Korean exchange student in the states a few years ago who was 17 and didn't even know what being gay was until we passed a store in the mall that had calendars with gay people kissing. That should give you an idea. |

Nice one troll...let's roll all of the stereotypes into one jumbo-arse to see who will respond in a negative fashion. This is truly lame. Yeah... I read a lot duuhhhh Rush Lamebaugh etc... If any of this was true and you read books by Michelle Malkin not Malking so it is easy to wonder how, but not sure why you are Malking this bs up loooooooooooozzzzzeeeeeeerrrrrrrrr. |

Don't tell any Koreans you are gay. I'm a bit of an old school redneck, we would call me a Conservative in Canada rather than a Republican, but I seem to have quite a friends despite this. The only reason people might not like you is if you take yourself too seriously. Besides bro all those labels are pretty 90's anyway, synchretize man. You might find life a lot easier not squarely planted in one camp or another. Although gay is gay haha. A few of my gay friends last year had a good time here, just be discreet with the K's, apparently Kimchi "cures homosexuality" so stay away from it. Flaunting your religion might not make you many buddies here if you are too vociferous. There are many Catholic churches here, and I'm sure there must be one or two with services, but be sure to get a job close to Seoul if it's really important. Good Luck. |

Don't worry Huntuuuuuuuur - Its only going to get worse...
Question - why don't you stay in the best country in the world? Can't get a job eh?
And whose fault is it? (Is it the immigrants/muslims/unions/9/11/Obama?) |

Oh I CAN find a job here, in fact both of my parents own businesses. I decided to teach English in Korea to travel and learn another culture |

Oh my lord Huntuuuuuuuuuuur - you are such a riot!
Coming to Korea to learn another 'culture' wait till you get here!
I'll give you some advice - if you are really wanting to learn about other cultures and peoples - why don't you leave your 'tags' behind? Nobody cares about your political views (unless you are zipper ) nobody will care about you being gay and nobody will care about you being catholic.
You seem to care more about this being a badge of identification but if you want to keep your new found friends - keep it to yourself - nobody likes to be preached at. (Even if you say you won't - chances are that you will if you strongly identify yourself as the above)
If money REALLY is no object and you want fun and culture - try Thailand! Now thats serious advice.
Why Korea? Why not Japan? Thailand? Brazil? |

I dunno...I had a gay, conservatist, orthodox catholic friend.
And I know a gay (in the closet) conservatist Christian in Suwon, but he's a douche bag. |

He forgot to mention that hes a masochist. He obviously is given his set of beliefs.
His real question: "are there any gay republican conservo-nuts in Korea that are into S&M?" |
