I just bought a brand new iptime g104m wireless router (it's small and white). However, when I plug it in, all the lights just blink constantly and I can't get a response from it through a network cable to my computer. Anyone else have this problem? Maybe it's broken?

Any further context you could give us? Despite what anyone says, routers aren't really plug-n-play. Did you just plug it in or did you set some options?

I haven't been able to change any settings as I can't connect to it. I tried connecting to the router with the ip address in my browser and got nothing. The iptime program that I installed can not find the router connected to the computer either. I plugged it in and all the lights keep blinking rapidly. I think it may be bricked, but I wanted to check and see if anyone else had this problem and were able to fix it.

I have an Iptime router, but it's at work now. Sounds like it's dead to me. Even though I didn't set up security, I got a wifi signal within 30 seconds of plugging it in. as with all routers. You should be able to find it with your laptop. It'll be called "iptime" or something similar.

I never installed the iptime software. I didn't need it. I just used the router URL code and typed that into my browser. That's in the manual. I can't remember what the number is, but it's http://193.168. something. Type that # from your book into your browser and you can set everything up.
