I am sick of people with all their- "Oh, I have more of a science brain," and "I thought of you as more of an artistically minded person," and so forth. I call BS on that. Sure I skipped a lot of math in high school. Was it because I have an arts brain, or was it because smoking and being cool were more fun than class? I think the latter. I found this course online a while back, and it was fun. But drinking and hanging out proved to be even more fun (or at least easier) so I kind of gave up on it. Now I am bored and sort of done with having fun, so I think I am going to try this course. Physics is just math- piece of cake!

Anyone else want to try?

*clicks link* Omigod, kinematics. That made no logical sense to me in high school and I had to actually put effort into memorizing the correct way of answering the questions. I was used to "just knowing" so that was annoying. Statistics, trig and whatever else was taught in high school math, biology, and chemistry (in that order) were all much easier to grasp.

Maybe it would make more sense now.

Aw, man, the existence of matter is dependent on time- atoms are just the space where electrons circle protons. In any particular point in time an electron can only be in one place. The only thing that makes them appear solid is their spinnyness around the nucleus. So, if time were to stop, everything would be pretty much invisible, intangible, and if you moved at all you’d end up bumping into other stuff’s atoms (not that it would matter to you because you’d be in the middle of having all your insides bursting out into the sudden vacuum that appeared around you) and if time started again, shablooee!! So stopping time is out of the question. Forget a time machine, and fyi, there is no way you are going to be able to find the space in the universe the planet was when you want to travel back to. Well, you might, but you’d probably miss and then you better figure out a) how to get there, b) when to get there and c) how to displace matter without causing a big explosion- inter-galactic travel plus other stuff. Physics sucks.

"Arts brain" is not correct. An artistic brain is the proper phrase. Are you thinking of "Artistic brain"? Sorry, the only people I have heard say Arts Brain are my 6th grade Korean students. Please explain to me how that is correct.

Sorry, maybe I misunderstood. Where are you from? In America, we would never say Arts brain. Are you from Afghanistan or maybe Peru? I'm not sure how people talk over there. Maybe Arts Brain is correct depending on your region.

I could give two craps if it's correct or not. It's a useless theory, and I am not going to any lengths to adopt the pop-collocations people use to describe it. Further, like most people whose first language is English, I pay attention to my medium and alter my use of language accordingly. E.g.: this message board is a medium where I can use more colloquial terms. Here, communication of my idea is more important than being a pedantic twit and appearing socially artistic (hat's off to you, ontheway, I loled).

It's not really an argument. I'm just curious about the phrase. Can anyone please tell me why anyone would say "arts brain". I'm not trying to fight, just please explain why anyone would say that.
