Anybody use this place before? http://www.allyouneedkorea.com/
Some of their laptops look old and overpriced. They say that they're sponsored by the Seoul City Government but the main email is Gmail. |

I just got a laptop through them. I am happy overall, but it wasn't exactly what you might trust at first.
They offered free delivery, which is fine, but when they got here the battery wasn't charged (later I found out the battery wasn't even good, needed to be replaced).
So, I asked him about desktops cause I have had bad luck in the past with laptops. Seeing there was a battery issue going on, I got second thoughts about a laptop.
We went to their office near Kkachisan Station which only deals with their desktops. They had a decent desktop all ready to go for 360,000 won. I think the monitor was 21". If I get a desktop, I am going to get that one or similar from them.
I decided to go to Yongsan and check out their laptops instead. I thought since I wanted a laptop to begin with and the one they delivered was 400,000 won, maybe I could talk them down to like 350,00 which is basically what they wanted for the desktop.
We got there and most of the laptops they have are 500,000 won and up. The prices seem high because PC Boy is selling them cheaper than the expensive ones in the main shopping areas near Yongsan station. They are a little higher priced than you will get from another teacher who is looking to get rid of their computer and maybe has to leave the country.
For a desktop, yea, I took a risk by buying one from another teacher. However, with a laptop, you will want someone who will work on the laptop when it goes bad. It's not easy to repair broken laptops. So, what will you do if you get a laptop from another teacher and it doesn't work?
Will you go to Dell support, HP support at Shindorim station? They will charge a service fee and charge for the parts. You won't be able to talk them down in price.
I was able to get my offer accepted, and I paid 50,000 won less. In addition, I took the laptop in Saturday and they replaced the battery with a new one. So far, it's working fine, and that's what I want more I guess. It's better to have a place I know I can take my computer in to get looked at. If I bought a laptop from another teacher, I am not sure where I could get cheap reasonable repair work done.
Don't take my word for it, go see for yourself and negotiate. I'll post here again if the laptop has significant problems. |

Hi, This is All You Need Korea.
First of all, thank you for showing interest in our website.
All You Need Korea was launched with the support of Seoul City to make not only shopping but living easier for English speakers, residing in Korea, who have difficulties in making purchases due to communication difficulties. We take responsibility in delivery and warranty for all our purchased products.
All You Need Korea provides various range of products and services online, from brand new and second hand laptops to cheap airplane tickets with upcoming departure dates.
All our laptops are delivered with English operating systems(Windows genuine serial number included) installed, the latest laptop bag with a mouse and a pad.
Products can be exchanged or refunded within 7 days of purchase and maintenace services are provided free of charge for a month, which is why some laptops are priced rather higher than we aim to provide them at. In some cases, costs were raised to meet maintance expenses, required for us to provide services in English. However, we have made changes in our policy at a recent meeting to provide our English Services for free. In other words, All You Need Korea has lowered its prices by removing our English Service fees in order to meet the needs of customers, sensitive on price and quality. Our desktop prices are unbeatable and we will make the most of this chance to do the same for our laptops.
All You Need Korea does not yet have a private email, for the administration transfer from the web agency is not 100%complete due to technical difficulties with compatibility of web browsers. Therefore, we are currently using GMAIL as a temporary alternative email, for we judged it will not affect the quality of customer services in any way.
Each and every feedback you give is of great help for us to make improvements.
Thank you once again for the great feedback and we hope to make our progress visible to everyone soon.
Thank you.
All You Need Korea
