Okay, got a long flight back home coming up soon. Problem is I'm absolutely TERRIFIED of flying to the extreme. I live in a small town, not too far from Seoul.
1: Is it likely that I can find some kind of meds. here from a local doctor?
2: Will I need to see a head doctor to get something powerful enough to knock me out without sending me completely into oblivion upon arrival?
3: Would I be better off finding a Dr. in Seoul to help me?
4: If I find out the name of what has been prescribed in the past, can I just ask for it by name and would they give it to me?
Thanks ya'll,

Have you tried melatonin? That will help you sleep naturally, and help you overcome jetlag. |

Any other suggestions?
Thanks,

Try the doctor at the International Clinic in Itaewon. He can probably help you out, or at least point you in the right direction. His english is excellent. |

hello?
i don't know if they sell benzos in korea but it would be worth your while at least asking about valium. valium is not only a recreational drug it serves a purpose too.
did you miss my post or are you just rude?
if you want to ignore me fine. i hope you find nothing and have a horrible flight. |

I went to him before my flight home and he gave me valium. It was great, I slept for most of the 13 hour flight! |

sorry bear, maybe i was rude...
but valium has a purpose and that is it. it is relaxant, it will make you a little dopey, generally sleep and it only has a short term effect, you won't be 'hungover' after. ghostinthemachine has mentioned it is available, i suggest that is probably your best option. |

Well I flew in from Thailand, a shorter flight. Got some meds there at the pharmacy. OTC drugs are easy to obtain there. Had a couple of glasses of wine and went to sleep. Anyway, from the States I had to go to a shrink and he gave me some awesome stuff. Wish I knew what it was. |
