I am going to be heading up to Seoul this weekend as was hoping to maybe check out a rock club or two. I like living down south but not as big a live music scene. Any recommendations on that front? I was thinking something classic rockish but I do enjoy the full spectrum of the rocking arts.

http://www.koreagigguide.com/concert-calendar/

That's the source for all the rock gigs in Korea.

Galaxy Express is playing at FF in Hongdae on Friday night, they're kind of retro garage rock and they put on a great live show. They sing in Korean but they do some Kinks covers and stuff too.

On Saturday night 99 Anger is playing at the same venue, they're a really good hardcore-emo type band that sings in English.

Then on Saturday there's also the 2009 Korea Live Music Festival.
No Brain (one of the most famous Korean punk bands) and Galaxy Express are both playing that, but I don't know the other bands:

As awesome as the clash is, spelled correctly or not, it's not getting me closer to rocking. I would enjoy a clash cover band....
