my f4 visa is expiring in march. wondering what the procedure is for extension. is it pretty straightforward? fill out a paper, pay a fee, get a new stamp in passport etc. also, what is the turnaround time and how far in advance (before expiration) do i need to do this?

| You can file your renewal application no earlier than 30 days prior to the expiration date. Currently, it's taking about 10-14 days to process. It's an easy process. No worries. |
