Would Yongsan be the best place to go for Xbox360 repair? My system froze last night and when I restarted it I was treated to the 3 red lights that indicate a system error. I originally bought the system about a year ago from Yongsan and it's worked great up until now.

Do a search of the forum to find the instructions for how to get your Xbox 360 repaired or exchanged by the official Xbox Team in Korea. If you can't get the forum search engine to work, Google "Search Dave's ESL Cafe" or something like that and there's another search engine you can use which is much better. Or someone else can give you better instructions.

I did this at the start of the summer and the service was excellent - entirely free, including the courier to pick it up and deliver it.

I was in the same situation - had bought my Xbox at Yongsan, second-hand, and used it for well over a year before it died. I chose to have it exchanged (because it only takes a week instead of about a month for repair) and I'm so glad I did. They replaced my 2006 Xbox with a brand new (at the time), June 2009 model. Considering my old one had a few other problems going on (with the CD drive, for example), I couldn't be happier.
