Like oskinny1 said, it's already out on play-asia. I was thinking about getting it through the site, but seeing how I dont have a tv yet, I think I'll wait until that actually happens. |

Yeah, it's out on play asia. However, for the people who don't have a credit card, like myself, we have to wait for the release date in Korea........whenever that may be.
I seen a PC copy of FIFA 10 on sale at e-mart, no xbox or ps3 copies were seen. |

If you have a bank account (that came with a check card) I'm about 99% sure you can use that as long as it has a visa/mc symbol on there. if not you can always get one at a bank. i got mine in about 15 minutes |

| Is the store available in stores yet? I went to Homeplus, E-mart, and Hi-mart only to find all three without copies of Fifa10. E-mart had it for the PC but nothing else. I should be able to find them in stores this weekend correct? Is English still a selectable language in the beginning of the game? |

Is your Xbox set to English? I had thought the game automatically followed your Xbox settings...I think that's what Fifa 09 did. I'm going to try and pick up the game at Yongsan this weekend. If I can, I'll see if I can find out how to change the language settings.
And let me know your Xbox Gamertag! I'm always looking for someone to play Fifa with online...want to get an Expat club started this time. I tried in Fifa 09 but couldn't find enough people... |

Well bugger...I picked up Fifa 10 today (very reasonably priced) from Yongsan and it seems that the menus can only be in Korean. I just assumed it would be possible to switch them because it was possible in Fifa 09 and, well, why would you make the sequel be less customisable than the prequel?
Seems EA, in their infinite wisdom, have done exactly that. Very strange as there's nothing on the box to suggest it's a special edition for Korea...It does say on the back that the menus are in Korean but this is the first game I've seen that seems to really force the issue.
It isn't a huge problem - all the player names and commentary are in English but it will make it a little more tricky to play around with the new features, especially the set-play maker.
First impressions of the game - it's worth the upgrade from Fifa 09. The controls are much more sensitive when dribbling and tackles/shoulder barging feels much more realistic - if someone pushes you off the ball, you don't go flying away like in Fifa 09, you can still try to win the ball back again.
If anyone works out a way to get English menus, please let me know. Would make it a little easier to play the game. |

I have the same problem, looks like we wont ever be able to change it. Go on youtube, they have some fifa 10 reviews and you can translate most of the menu......you will have to take notes though.
I tried putting the controls to manual, wow, its a whole different ball game, u have to aim your passes and shots...a little bit off and its a bad miss.
Anyways, i got it for ps3...if you guys have it for ps3 also then add me and we can play.....(CrouchyCool) -) |

Is there really no way to change the language to English? It's really hard to know what's going on (especially in manager mode). |

Well there is one way to change it......buy an english copy!
I'm gonna just stick with this one as i'm not really bothered about mgr mode or be a pro, i just play online with my friends back home.
Overall i don't think this is as good as fifa 09, but then again that may be because it's in korean -) |

I know enough Korean to get by so it will be okay for me. It can be a little offputting (I'm worried about joining the wrong online mode or something!) but apart from that, no problems. If you've played Fifa 09, you can navigate most of the menus by memory!
I think it's better than Fifa 09, actually...harder, but better. Very frustrating sometimes though when my computer-controlled teammates act like morons in the Be a Pro Seasons, heh... |
