will the coverage be live? or Tape delay?
I know that S.K will get 99% (100%) of the television coverage, but what are the chances that Hockey will be shown?
Basically, I want to watch as much (Canadian)Olympic hockey as possible. Do I have to go to a bar in Itaewon or are there options? |

The only things that will be shown at the events with Yuna or any other Korean. I doubt Team Canada will get any TV coverage over here. |

^Very true, plan on watching lots of figure and speed skating.
Repeats galore if a Korean wins gold, coverage of the controversies if they don't. |

NBC or the CBC must be doing something online. Streaming or what not. |

Unfortunately the American broadcasters usually restrict their programming to the US only. It might be different for sports, though, but I doubt it. You better become a speed skating fan fast, because that's about all you'll see. |

The last Olympics they showed all of the hockey games. Unfortunately the times were like 2am and 6am in the morning, but I think they weren't live. Since the games are in Vancouver, I think the hockey game start times will be at similar times, but will be live. |

CBC does, but I think you actually have to be in Canada in order to access it. |

"Teachuh! Teachuh! You know Kim Yuna? Kim Yuna Bestuh Skay-ee-tuh! Korea bestuh pig-yoh skay-ee-tuh country!"
You will hear the above from your students:
+10 times a day during the olympics.
6-10 Times a day for the two months following the olympics.
2-5 times a day from two to six months after the olympics
1 time a day for the rest of your life that you teach here after the initial six months (noted above) |

You could use a proxy.
I`m surprised they showed all the hockey games. I wouldn`t have thought so. |

LIVE all sports with Koreans in it and TAPED REPEAT over and over and over all events in which Koreans medal
don't expect much if any ice hockey; there wasn't much last time around, at least I didn't see it and was trying to watch for it
