I just saw a red bus that was supposed to stop at an assigned stop blow right pass the stop Shocked and another stop down the road earlier. In both cases there was nobody on the bus. Is this normal?
Does anybody know the link for the red buses in English and does it show the stops that it makes? Confused

Either he was returning to the garage after his shift, or for repairs. Why are you so shocked?

I've actually noticed the red buses often blow by my stop (I don't take them, but there are 2 that go there) they are on the sign post. I think you need to actually flag them down if there is no other buses at the stop. They'll stop if there are other buses there just in case people can't see them, but if there is nothing there, I think they expect people to flag them down since they're an express bus or something.

Yeah, the inter-city buses often need to be flagged down. I had a couple of almost-late events before I figured this one out. If you ride those buses enough times, it makes sense - there are a lot of stops where no one wants to get on or off, and it speeds up the drive immensely.
