After hitting up airports in Asia (China, HK, Thai, Filo, JPN) i realize and appreciate just how awesome the ICN airport is. The duty-free shops, the wi-fi free zones, it's all great. My laptop died on the plane and i spent an hour walking around HK Intl' looking for a freaking power plug which i never found. At ICN i saw they have free netbooks on Wi-Fi you can just walk in and use. I saw some solar panels too in use on the drive in. I can see why it was voted #1 airport in the world. I got a great deal on a digital camera, lady gave me 30% off even though the MSRP was much lower than at any Lotte or Hyundai Dept. store...and she spoke near perfect English. I need to go there for shopping spree's i think, once a month or something.

P.S. a lot of pretty bi-lingual girls working at the airport...

ICN is a great airport, definitely one of the best.

The 떡 being sold at Dunkin Donuts is a little much though.

I like Singapore's Changi Airport better. Don't get me wrong Incheon is not a bad airport, but personally, I think Changi Airport is the number one airport in the world.

I was just amazed at the shopping deals. It's gotta be one of the best shopping places amazingly enough. I got 30% discounts on stuff just for showing up. This isn't street stalls either, it's the brand name official retailer shops.

They have to be at least bilingual to work there. Pretty is just a bonus.

I agree, I never have worries getting to ICN too early. Good food and enough to look at in the shops to keep you interested whil waiting around.

You couldn't find any powerplugs at HKG?? well then you must be blind as they are bloody everywhere!

ICN is an ok airport but I prefer regional airports.. changi is also very overrated, oh sure it's fan'bloody'tastic is you want a shopping mall.. No thank you Very Happy
