are you sure its a 2009? This years version should have S&T written on the tank. It may be a 2008. |

This is her boyfriend writing.
Pics are working for me... at home and at school. You can email me if you want me to send them to you... [email protected]
Oh, I looked at the Ownership papers and it states that it is a 2009 bike. My friend just bought the 2010 model and it has the Hyosung decals on his... Perhaps its just a crap shoot if you get the S&T or the Hyosung decal on the tank |

Sorry, but that is not a 2009 Comet 250. I owned one myself...and that definitely is not it. At best it's a later model of 2008. Easiest way to tell is that the 2009 does have S&T decals on it, as well as it's the first year the GT250R has a 6 speed gear box and EFI.
A 2009 Comet GT250R resales for 4,400,00WON. IF you paid over 4mil WON for this bike, and they informed/sold it to you as the new model of 2009, I would seriously call up the authorities and take them to the dealership where you bought it.
I don't want to sound like an a- -hole, but I just want you to be aware (that not all Koreans are straight up honest people). I've seen this done before to another person. |

Well after a day or so looking into it, it looks as if we were swindled.
The bike is actually a 2007. Its odd, when we bought it there was no tire wear (had the little rubber nibs on the entire surface), no wear on the discs, no wear on the suspension and no wear on any surface. Not to mention the odometer had no km's on it. The bike had all of the plastic covers on the seats, lights and dash. Not even any soot in the exhaust.
So, thank you guys for the input! I appreciate it.
All of this being said, the bike still needs to be sold.
Thanks for any interest, |

That absolutely sucks. If you could, can you post the shops name and where you got it from, just so I and other motorcyclists don't ever go there.
Wish you would haul their asses to court if you have the time before you head back. |
