|
|
Hi all
I was wondering if anyone had the official websites for GEPIK and SMOE? I have tried doing routine google searches but just keep stumbling on recruiters and other stuff.
Ive got this for GEPIK:
http://cge.ken.go.kr/contents/m_online_application_eng/main_regist.asp
for SMOE:
http://etis.sen.go.kr/index/index.exe
But neither of these sites mention anything about deadlines for recruiting or even starting dates. The SMOE one just has several links to footprints, work'n'play and Korea Connections.
Are these the offcial sites? IF not does anyone have the links or info on when recruiting for 2010 begins.
Thanks |

When I started working with smoe, they didn't hire directly - only through certain recruiters. While I'm not sure if this is still the case, I would guess it is. I used footprints - they were pretty good. You could always shoot them or that other one - worknplay? - an email asking for details on smoe. If they know when the next deadlines are, they'll tell you. (I say if cause smoe seems a bit...disorganized of late. Did you hear that they let 100 teachers go during this last round?) |

Thank you for your email. The public schools are looking to hire everyone by mid-December, but the reality is that they will stop hiring when the positions are full. They often set dates to motivate everyone to apply and get their documents and affairs together, but if they dont fill all of their positions, they will continue hiring until they do. So, in effect, the last date is around the 15th of December, but I wouldnt be surprised if they still continue to hire after that.
