What's the deal with driving really fast in parking lots? I have noticed this tendency to drive very fast (gunning it up) in parking lots everywhere...shopping centers, apartment complexes, etc.
Not only is it dangerous - old people walking by, kids playing etc - but it seems strange knowing they have to stop at the stop sign sometimes only 20 meters ahead or so.
What gives?

Sometimes, parking garages resemble a scene out of the Transporter. Avante tearing it up the ramp only to slam on the brakes just before a collision.

I had this problem at Costco. I sent off a letter to the Seattle headquarters and told them if they did not do something about this, I would quite simply take a baseball bat to the to the next car that tried to kill me.

It worked.

Send off complaints to the headquarters, they do listen, even in Korea.
