				You could try Gukje market... It's near Jagalchi fish market which is near the Nampo Dong subway stop. Certainly not anything as cool as Insadong. Closer to being the little, slightly deformed brother of a Namdaemoon.
 
 
I do remember there being some Korean souvenir shops there. Nothing high end or impressive, artsy.
 
 
Also, you could go to Texas Street, across from Busan Station. It's mostly all Chinese stuff, but really, do the people back home actually know the difference? |

				In the same area that Warren is talking about...
 
Go to Nampo dong subway station and walk towards Busan Station in the underground shopping area. There are shops with the things you need (including cheap hanboks for the kids!) |
