Dear all,
I would like to thank those of you who attended the Conference for being there with us this last weekend at SookMyung Women's University.
If you have pre-registered and made the commitment to be with us, I hope you had little trouble with our pre-registration process, and that you found the weekend worthwhile.
For those of you that registered onsite, and had to wait, I, once again, apologise. We have found out the problem did not actually originate from us, but from SMU - KT was there to do some work and brought the whole network down. I found out a little too late. Had I known earlier, I think we would have moved the queue a little quicker.
I know there were things we could've done better, but I hope that the overall experience was a positive one.
If you do have any complaints or suggestions, please feel free to PM me. We are all ears and I will definitely pass your comments on to next year's Conference Chair - who is Jinks, btw!

DD - wow! This and the other comment you made makes me think we may actually be improving slightly??
Thank you - it was a pleasant surprise to see you queueing to register on Saturday morning. I am glad you had a good weekend. |
