Or near it, even.

I'm looking to find either a supplement shop in Mokpo, or a place that might sell things like protein powder or creatine in Mokpo. I imagine if Mokpo has nothing, Gwangju surely has something. If you could offer any assistance in helping I'd appreciate it very much.

Thanks.

Pretty much every Korean I know who uses whey protein orders it online. I do it now too. It's not too expensive and arrives within a couple days.

I'm imagining E-mart may have something but I won't really know until I go there. Which will be in a few days. But, if anyone in Gwangju can shed light on the availability there it'd make my options more plentiful. It's just a short bus ride away.

Wow, that's quite good. And is there a Costco in Gwangju? Or in this area, at least?

What brand and what type of protein? There's only a few brands of protein worth buying IMO.

i'll look it up when i go home.

eh, protein is protein, as long as you're getting a good amount and not too much sugar. taste is the most important factor after those, imo.

i do wish i could easily find some muscle milk though =/

I have a wholesale account with a supplement supplier back home that I will be working with soon. We are just trying to figure out the best way to ship items legally and what not. I'll make a post about it once things are finalized.

The nearest Costco's to Mokpo are in Busan and Daegu.

I would either order some or check some of the gyms in the area.
A lot of the nicer ones carry supplements. I would try that over E-mart as you can usually get better quality stuff at a better price.

I would steer clear of GNC stores as they are way too expensive here.

I thought Weider mega mass wasn't a protein powder, but rather a weight gainer...?

Aw thanks for letting me know! Sounds like it's not 100% whey but more of a weight gainer?
