You can buy a brand new Crock Pot slow cooker at Costco for around 40,000 won.
Definitely a lifesaver in the winter - makes the best soups and great to come home to on a cold day... |

If you're thinking long-term, some of the nicer rice cookers hve a slow cooking feature. I made a great split pe soup this week in ours and it was perfect. (Then again our rice cooker cost 500k, and has wireless internet capability . . . you may not need all those features  |
