Only got into the show recently, having seen a few in years past. Watched a good few the past month though. Some good funny stuff. Some a bit sick.
'Christmas in Canada' end of season 7 is a good one. Some of the xmas ones are amazing. Woodland Critters, Mr Hankey, Santa and Jesus in Iraq.
I like the ones that star Butters too. His mom tries to kills him. He's a pimp.
Amazing show. Heard 'Chef' was upset over Scientology episode. How's that for funny? Cool. No worries. Make funny of everything but not my thing, eh.
Is Trey Parker clever or just on drugs? |

There are so many.. South Park really is the rare show that only got into gear around season 4 and it has been all good since.
I like 'The Startling' double episode. |

yeah the goobacks. Was a good one.
similar to the one, "I'm a little bit country":
"Hey, if you don't like America, you can GIT OUT !"
Also enjoyed the one where the kids wanted to see the new 'Terrance and Philip Movie' Trailer, but had to wait through the Russell Crowe show, "Fightin' around the world" Hilarious.
Like the ones with Jesus too. "Jesus and Pals" haha |

Oy. I'm in Chiner, one of the oldest civilisations in the world. Some Chinamen can grow to be over 5 feet tall. And there's nothin they like better than a good fight. |

Really? SP churns out plenty of mediocre shows. A good example is the one last week about wrestling. It's a perfect example of their weak stuff; they basically take one joke and extend/repeat it for 20 minutes. In pro wrestling, acting is more important than actual wrestling. That was the joke that was basically repeated over and over. And boy those SP guys sure on top of current social issues to decide to parody the WWE in the year 2009!
SP has two totally different styles of episodes. One style is where they use the interesting characters they've created and spin an interesting story with humorous situations and zippy lines. The other style is where the characters don't matter too much, they overextend "jokes" and resort to cheap laughs like shock humor.
Episodes that follow that first style can be very funny and worth watching more than once. My favorite is probably AWESOME-O where Cartman pretends to be a robot to trick Butters. I also love the Tourette's Syndrome episode where Cartman fakes the disorder so as to swear all he wants. These types of shows can still deal with an issue, for example, "cartoon wars" dealt with the whole Mohammed cartoon thing while Cartmen and Kyle kept their usual personalities as they fought for and against the airing of the show "Family Guy" (which was parodied quite well). |

any and every episode where Kenny dies.
I used to have a T-shirt that had almost every imaginable way Kenny has and could've died with the words going across the middle- THE MANY DEATHS OF KENNY
God Bless Canada! |

I don't know the name of the episode, but the one where they figure out how to get stoned from cat piss, and Kenny goes off on psychedelic escapades. |
