Hey everyone, I just got an email from some recruiter and there was a link with instructions on how to get a c-4 visa. I'm confused about what that is. I have only heard of e and f class visas before. Can anyone shed some light on this?

I am guessing this is for a camp job. If that is the case you will just need to get some papers from the camp and a written letter from your principal allowing you to work at the camp. They will add the job to the back of your ARC.

A reminder to all users, keep your avatars in-line (size-wise) with TOS specifications. That includes you, Cornholio.

Thank you,

Sounds like a camp job indeed, however you will not be able to get an ARC with a C4 VISA. I have a C4 VISA myself and a contract for half a year, however it wasnt enough to get an ARC. So I had to make a visa run in the middle. The only different I see between a C4 and C3 is that C4 can get a final extensionm, meaning that you can exteend the visa with 30 days. You would need a copy of your outgoing flight tickets in that case. Smile

You're correct, I was just assuming he already had an E2 visa.
