Ive been losing my muscle tone and losing weight. Too much rice and Korean food.
Does anyone know where I can buy grilled chicken in large quantities for a good price? |

Costco sells huge packs of raw chicken breast for under 15,000. Should last you a week at least. Buy a big bottle of BBQ sauce and grill 'em up at home! |

I bought mine from Costco
I also bought an indoor electric grill from HomePlus for 44,000 won that was an absolute pleasure to use. chicken breast tasted fantastic on it |

costco chicken is like 15,000 for 1.5kgs (fresh) and i though more expensive frozen per kg. homeplus usually have family packs of chicken at about 12,000 for 1.2kg so the same price as costco if your not close to a costco or dont have a membership. i do what a poster above said. i grill it myself. you can buy george foreman grills here. in costco or on gmarket. or you can get the korean style grill. i use cajun spice from costco or a foreign food store and it tastes good. rice cooker + george foreman = happy days. |

I have one of those cheap indoor grills mentioned above. I usually just pour olive oil, crushed garlic and black pepper over the breasts and throw on a slice of cheese at the end. Serve with a salad and some potatoes and you get some good eatin'. |
