So I've been working at a small franchinse hagwon for a couple weeks, and the owner has mentioned things about the number of kids going down the past couple months, and has actually mentioned "going under" a few times.

Just to be sure, what are the rules about "unemployment" if the franchise does in fact go under? Do they have to pay for 2 weeks? 1 month? Do they still cover my flight home?

thanks for the help

If you've only been there for a couple weeks and you really think there is a real possibility of the school closing in the near future, i'd say to get while the gettin' is good.

"Rules"? Good luck with that.
