3rded. Office Ultimate is great. Which brings me back to my idiot question from earlier:

Quote:
How do I go about putting Office Ultimate back on my computer after the clean install? I have no disc.

What's the best way to backup Windows 7? I created a full system disc image with Window 7's Backup and Restore utility, selecting all files and the hard drive itself (I didn't go with Let Windows Select Files).

Sounds like you have answered your own question.

Dunno about 7 specifically, but Vistas' backup system is terrific.

I'm really happy that ejecting USB/FLASH drives is now made easier and doesn't require opening a dialogue box from which to choose a device. I had one USB drive backing up a minute ago. After backing up, I clicked on the USB icon in the taskbar, selected the device, then ejected it.

That same procedure has been around since XP. Click the green arrow icon in the system tray, select the device and that's it.

I have never "ejected" a device. Wait a couple of secs after you last saved anything and just pull it out. Hell I even did it with windows 95 (don't recommend it tho) and I have never lost data or had any problems what so ever

It's not the same. Choices are different now. There is a setting you can use to make it OK/safer to just pull it out. I don't have my computer back from the shop yet, so I can't explain it very well, but I saw that, too.

Not sure you can install it as a "Full" version anymore. That was always the confusion. It said, "Upgrade" but Digital River insisted you could use it as a "Full" verison, while Microsoft said you can't. I got mine to work as a Full verison, but that was before they may have changed things around:

Are you upgrading or hoping to start fresh?
