Okay, definitely going to the Philippines for winter break for 2 weeks.

I am interested in:
-Snorkeling
-Sights
-Cool Markets
-Nice Beaches
-Good Atmosphere
-Good Nightlife
-Traditional stuff
-edit: MOTHER EFFING WATERFALLS

I'll be touching down in either Cebu or Manila, I need help deciding on which.

Also, I need location suggestions, I heard good things about Bohol and Boracay, but I want to be steered in the right direction for the best possible time. Also, can someone link me sites with cheap rates? Thanks in advance!

Cebu Air for *very* inexpensive flights if booked in advance:

Or - if you can navigate this Koran language site:

Between Cebu and Manila, Cebu has better
-Snorkeling
-Sights
-Cool Markets
-Nice Beaches
-Good Atmosphere

However the night life is best in Manila (specially during weekdays).

Snorkeling is just OK in Boracay (went scuba diving and snorkeling). Bohol is a better option for snorkeling and diving, I've heard. In terms on nightlife, Boracay has some pretty cool places to party and also some relaxing bars right on the white sand. I'm thinking about checking out Cebu in December, so maybe I'll see you around there.

What are Porto Gallero & El Nido like? I'm thinking of going January, if the hysteria over swine flu subsides.

I felt safer from swine flu in Philippines than here in Korea.

Bohol has all those things you want, OP.

Definitely, we are planning on going for two weeks in Dec or Jan, let me know what your plan is.
