If I applied for a C4 winter camp visa, went through the process, and that ended up pulling out, say...when they issued my confirmation #, could that in any way screw me over for a subsequent E2 visa for march? Now is the time to get the ball rolling for a winter camp, I'm just not 100% sure that I'll want to do it, especially once I've gone back to Canada in December. I may want to stay longer.

Wow, Andrewchon, thanks for the productive input!

OP - the volume of runners and people who don't show up for their contracts and the nature of these jobs is such that I can't imagine you'd have a problem.
Furthermore, getting things done that *need* to be done here is enough of a headache that something this marginal is probably not even on the radar.

Go for it, but please try to be straight up with employers. You're making it rougher on all of us.

ya i hear u on being straight-up. i'll try to be. i think i want to do a camp, im just not positive how long i'll want to be home until i get there.
