hi. i was wondering if there is any hot spot/park to play basketball in daegu? i know basketball is not a popular sport in korea but i was hoping if there's a park where its packed with people playing it. i found one near the downtown area but it seem kinda empty although the courts were really nice. anyone know any good bball places here in daegu and want to share them? thanks.

i don't play to often, but when i do i usually play at kyungpook. i think the easiest way to get there is by cab. just say 'kyungpook daehakyo book moon' (same way to get to sugar joes/maya) and the courts are pretty easy to spot.

i haven't been in awhile, but when it was still warmer the courts would always be packed and it was easy to find people to play with. competition ranges, but it is pretty good.
