| I need to change my visa from d-4 to e-2. I have all the required documents and just need to doa visa run, but I hear from some people that going to fukuoka is no longer an option. is this true? if so where is the easiest place for me to go (I'm american). |

| Last I heard, you can't get your first ever visa there. If you have had a visa before, you can do it there. |

| I went to Fukuoka in September and got my E2. Takes 24 hours. |
