After working out regularly and making just small changes in my eating habits (saying no to cake and goodies, eating before I am stuffed even when it's totally nom-nom-nom) I have lost almost a kg in 2 weeks. That's like a lb a week which is my goal.
Hooray! Also, I can do 5 k on the treadmill in 30 minutes. I know that's not awesome for you runners, but I haven't ran daily/near daily in like 4 months. There is no incline, though. And yes, I know outside is more challenging but it is cold. |

try the peasant diet!
you want to be thin? just eat rice and soup!
do that for 3 months.. by the beginning of spring you will be thin., I gaurantee you will lose weight...
then for the next 3 months you tone it all up in the gym and start to eat more and healthy.. by summer you will be looking mean!!
If you hate the gym, then Id go with eating almost nothing, trust me you will lose weight.. might want to take a multi vitamin though hahhaha |

| 1 hour and 15 minutes a day is plenty of time. Keep your rest between sets short and your intensity and reps high. I would even recommend taking it a little easy at first until your body gets acclimated to your training. It is hard to get good results if you get an injury from over working. Counting calories is good. It makes you more aware of what you are putting into your body. Be careful not to cut your calories too much right away. Slowly taper down or you will slow your metabolism way down. |
