I feel like after having lived/hung out in San Francisco for a few years... nothing in Korea could top the weirdness/creepiness that I experienced in that city on a regular basis.

Dead people and a funeral. Especially when it's your brothers funeral on Halloween. I sure got slammed a few bad double whammy's upon my recent return home.

I went with my gf on Halloween night to what is said to be a haunted motel here in Daegu (according to world's most haunted places website)

While she was taking a shower in the early evening, I was lying on the bed watching some Korean show. Between the main room and the bathroom was a small hallway, with a light that is turned on and off by a motion sensor. While she was in the shower, i noticed that hallway light come on and off several times.

I thought it was kind of spooky, and even though the bathroom door was completely closed, i chalked it up to some of what would have had to have been massive steam coming from the bathroom to trigger the motion sensor.

However when she came out, she started accusing me of turning the bathroom light off (operated by a switch, not a motion sensor) I told her over and over again I never left that bed while she was in the shower(100% true), but apparently the light in the bathroom went off for a few seconds..then on again, off again, and finally on again during her shower. She knew we were at a haunted motel and thought I was trying to scare her, but it kind of freaked me out because I had nothing to do with either the hallway light, or the bathroom light.
