...have recently advertised. They are looking for experienced teachers, preferably with a Masters. I was quite surpised, therefore, to see they are only offering a 1.8 salary. I meet the criteria and am thinking of applying, mainly because they are unusually professional sounding (compared to the hagwons I've spoken to so far) and the benefits look good - 40 day holiday, scholarship to Korean Language Institute, and reasonable working hours.

Up until now I've been looking at salaries of 2.3 and above (MA, CELTA, over a year's experience), so I am a little wary of applying for somewhere that offers comparatively little. I'm a little confused actually as to why such a reputable sounding institution is offering so little..

Has anyone had any experience with them or heard anything good/bad?...

Thanks!
