My wife and I are planning a trip to Seoul, and would like to see Cookin Nanta or Jump. Which performance did you enjoy most? There are a few different locations and we were wondering which was the nicest, or are they all the same? Is it best to purchase tickets in advance, or is purchasing the day of attendance okay? Any advice would greatly be appreciated. Thanks |

I can't comment on Cooking but I saw JUMP with a bunch of coworkers and friends and it was fun. Very 'cutesy' but a great time over all. Not as interactive as I was led to believe but it was an excellent night night and I'd definitely recommend seeing it if it's nearby. |

I ws under the impression that Jump was like Nanta where they had perforances all the time. I now see that they are only in Seoul on certain dates. I guess that narrows our options down to cookin nanta. Thanks for the advice. Any reccomendations on the best place to watch Nanta? Thanks |

Jump is out of Busan, Nanta is out of Seoul, but they both do shows on the other cities from time to time.
Seem them both. Whichever you go to, you're in for a treat. |

Did they change the name to Cookin Nanta?
I have seen both, and was called up on the stage for both. In Nanta, I was a fiance. In Jump, I had to perform some martial arts. Both were pretty fun. I think if I had to choose one, it would be Nanta, especially if you don't understand Korean very well. A lot more dialogue in Jump. |

I haven't seen JUMP, but really enjoyed Cooking Nanta. There were 4 people chosen from the audience for on stage bits and me and my girlfriend were both chosen. I think it was cause we were waeguks in isle seats wearing white. She ended up making mandu for my wedding to a Japanese girl. Good fun. |

Which isle was it? Wight or Mann? |

I haven't seen JUMP (but would love to) Have seen NANTA twice and listen to the album all the time coz I think it's just absolutely FANTASTIC My favourite song is onion-carrot-cabbage-radish ...or something like that!! It's a real blast, dead easy to follow story line and fannytastic visually and aurally. |

Hey give me a break, I spelled a word right. Doesn't always have to be the word. |

I have seen both and recommend Jump. This may be because I am interested in martial arts and appreciate the skills they have. Still, I thought Jump was funnier.
The Jump theatre is in Jongro.
I had an aisle seat, which meant that I was the poor fool who got pulled onto stage. |

Thanks for all the useful advice. Do I need to purchase tickets in advance or is okay to just show up at the door? |

I enjoyed both, but preferred Cookin' Nanta even though Jump was funnier.
When I saw them I got tickets on the day - for Cookin' Nanta it was a only few minutes before the show started (matinee) and for Jump an hour or so before (evening). Both were on Saturdays and the theatre was pretty full. |
