Rumor has it that English Spectrum is for sale.

The infamous Anti-English Spectrum group would be happy if it's indeed true.

Does anyone know if it's true? What else have people heard?

Well, that site hasn't been relevant for years, and after the Spectrumgate incident, if memory serves, it closed down and reopened with a retooled image. Though the AES group still uses the name, the fight isn't against the single website anymore, but against "unqualified" teachers and foreign men in relationships with Korean women.

Yeah, it's been losing money for years. At least that's what my former hagwon boss told me; he's close with one of the owners.

yeah the site never really recovered from its glory days!
I doubt the owners make that much money from it now..

they said the site is worth 120.000 dollars but are open to negociate..
maybe before anti english spectrum closed them down.. but now its worth about 5million won, the price to make a site and a little for the washed up name...

Too bad the racist organization, Anti-English Spectrum, has succeeded in hurting English Spectrum.

It's only a matter of time before they target Dave's ESL Cafe.
