EXERCISE EQUIPMENT

Vibration machine: really good for core strength, and for people who want a quick short workout. This is a commercial machine, so very strong. I use mine 3 times a week: you need at least a day of rest between workouts. The Tilt Machines are best for runners as they mimic the running motion. I used to get really bad muscle cramps in my calves after running for about 2 km, but after using this I was able to run 5 km with no pain at all. Slight damage to rear back corner near floor: see photo. Some scratches on the surface. I doubt it will fit in a taxi. You will probably need a truck. I can arrange that for you and it will cost about 40,000 won if you are in the Itaewon area. Available until the 26th of November, then it�s out on the street.

Four drawer large, wood, very tough and solid: measurements are about: 157cm tall / 58cm deep / 70cm wide. The plastic paper that was stuck on it to cover the wood instead of painting is peeling off, but no damage to the wood itself. 20,000 won OBO. Will need truck to move them, too big for taxi.

Four drawer small, wood, very tough and solid: measurements are about : 79cm tall / 58cm deep / 40cm wide 15,000 won OBO. Can fit in taxi.

Pearl covered black Korean style furniture, 2 long low benches with doors and small drawers, strong enough to sit on. 1 small cupboard standing with doors and drawers, good bedside table. All in excellent condition. I'll post measurements and photos soon as I can. 10,000 won each, OBO. Will easily fit in taxi.

Full length, solid wood, mirror, will fit in taxi, 10,000 won OBO.

KITCHEN STUFF

6 sealed containers of Hershey�s Pure Cocoa 5,000 won each, or 25,000 for the lot.
