So today I was at a restaurant and they brought me my order, and there was a side of Kim chi with it.. Now maybe I just didn't realize it before, but the Kim chi usually comes as a side with the meal, and since I dont like Kim Chi, of course I did not eat it. After I eating I went to pay for the meal - I thought I should pay less because I did not eat the Kim Chi. It never occurred to me that it was included in the price of the meal. You have to pay for the Kim Chi every time? ARE YOU KIDDING ME KOREA? I talked to a Korean friend about this and he said it was usually served with every meal. BAHAHAHAHA what a scam! So I guess since there aren't h a r d l y ANY restaurants around ANYWHERE that I see in public areas that don't serve Kim Chi with the meals? ARE YOU KIDDING ME KOREA? Most areas that I have visited in Korea are LITTERED with restaurants! HELLO! I wonder how long they have been thinking this naive reasoning will work? Obviously, it doesn't. Save the side dishes... what a freaking joke. WAKE UP KOREA!

if you don't eat the bread roll that comes with your steak or soup or whatever you order back home do you have any success getting a discounted price for the abandoned piece of bread?

Kimchi and side dishes usually come free with a meal (I've yet to go to a place where it isn't). You can't have "negative free" on the bill.

If you can, I'd be curious as to how that looks like on a bill.

Anyway, pretty clear you're trolling, but sometimes it's fun to bite since his complaints are fairly bizarre.

It's like going to a Mexican restaurant and not eating the chips then demanding a discount since you didn't eat them.

You are seriously upset about this?

I know, right? amirite? It's so unfair. Like this time I bought a newspaper. I spent over a dollar on it. I didn't read every word, not even every page. I skipped about half of it for sure. Then I brought it back to the store, asking for half my money back. And the guy just laughed at me. Unreal.

Boy, the nerve of some people.

To me it seems like he is satirizing the plastic bag posts. I don't know if that counts as trolling or not. Either way, this thread is meh.

Oh, this was too much! First, I nearly spat out my tea onto the screen because the OP is a satirical GENIUS who brilliantly mimicked a previous idiotic thread (which, it should be noted, was perfectly serious...the OP in the other thread was just being ignorant) BUT THEN......people started calling 'troll' which easily doubled my initial mirth!
