Anyone ever hear of this city?
Is it out in the middle of nowhere? Or is it close to any major city like Seoul, Dague, or Busan?
Or is this a little tiny village like Hupo? |

| The point of the topicv was to get peoples input on the area. I forgot I should never ask anything on this thread. A person either gets stupid remarks or no help anyway. |

| if you want input on the area ask for input, dont post a question asking where it is when you can find it on a map. so as for input, its not a large city, or small city, or even a small village. its actually a province. |

Well I am trying to get information on the area. I have been offered a high school job there. I don't want to accept it if I am in the middle of nowhere, and only rice fields around me.
I taught in Hupo and after awhile it got boring. |

| you should find out what city/town the high school is in, then you can make a more informed decision about whether you want to take the job or not. best of luck |

| cheonan will have things for you to do. and there are rapid trains on the subway that run from cheonan to seoul, and a ktx station as well. i would imagine from what you say about hupo that you will have plenty more to do, and people to meet. and you can get into seoul no problem if you ever need anything you cant get in cheonan. |

Hupo:
No lotte Mart
No Emart
No Hi Mart
No one 20-35 outside of teachers.
Not that I am a big drinker but outside of teh crab festival the town was boring. It was kinda far to get some places. 3 hour bus trips or more depending where you went. |

If it has a subway line close by, chances are there will be no rice fields nearby.
Cheonan is a fairly big city, so if you are there it should be pretty urban. |
